Samurai Jack is turning 3D!
‘Samurai Jack’, the four-time Emmy award winning cartoon which ran on Cartoon Network from 2001 to 2004 is set to be making a comeback for the new decade, but this time on the big screen and in 3D!
Fred Seibert the former executive of Hanna-Barbera and current head of Frederator films has announced that the popular animated show ‘Samurai Jack’ will be heading for movie theaters sometime in the near future! The project is said to have a budget of $20 million and will have the creative genius behind the hit movies ‘Star Trek’ and ‘Cloverfield’ as the films co-producer. ‘Samurai Jack’ will combine its traditional 2D animation with stereoscopic 3D to bring the world of the Samurai right into the theaters with you!
