Marvel Planning ‘S.H.I.E.L.D’ 3D Movie
3DGUY exclusive!! Marvel is planning to give Nick Fury’s secret organization ‘S.H.I.E.L.D’ a feature length 3D movie. Just this week Marvel Studios President, Kevin Feige, announced that “the (Marvel) team has been doing a lot of research into 3D processes and we’re looking at it on future films when we have the time. We will be doing it at some point.”
Samuel L Jackson recently spilled the metaphorical beans on this movie project in a recent interview with Radio Big Boy.
The actor, the man, the legend, Mr Samuel L. Jackson, revealed some interesting information regarding Marvel’s plans for the future when discussing his 9 movie deal with Marvel and confirming that he will not be in ‘Thor’. Sammy L Jackson said, “The Avengers should start shooting sometime next year and then some time after that there’ll be a big S.H.I.E.L.D. movie.”
Okay, so we may be jumping to conclusions and putting 1.5 and 1.5 together to make 3D, but a 3D S.H.I.E.L.D movie is certainly a big possibility in the next few years.
In Marvel comics, S.H.I.E.L.D. is a fictional spy and enforcement agency tasked with handing super human problems. Nick Fury runs the agency from a floating hover carrier. Nick Fury appears in many other comics, but ‘Nick Fury: Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D’ was also a solo series. The character was even portrayed by David Hasselhoff back in 1998.
